Display issues can be fairly common, and even though other games may be working fine, there are a few settings on your computer that can cause problems.
Windows allows you to use resolution & display scaling to increase or decrease the size of text and other items on the screen. For display scaling in particular, Windows magnifies the size of text and UI elements to the scale you choose. Each account on a computer has a separate setting for scaling. and sometimes this setting can get changed by the program itself, even if you haven't manually changed it.
