Sometimes during the download/install process, the progress bar can appear to get 'stuck' at a certain percentage. Please note that the download/install process can take several minutes, however, if it has been some time, and the process has not been completed, you can use the information provided below to clear out the 'download queue'.
- Click on the settings cog wheel in the lower right corner of the Games Manager
- Click the 'Clear Cache' link
- Click 'OK', then restart the Games Manager
Please note that you may need to keep doing this if games continue to get 'stuck' in the queue, at which point it is recommended that you only download one game at a time.
