One thing that may be causing your graphics issue is if you have a setting called 'hardware acceleration' enabled, and your video card cannot support it.
Hardware acceleration is a feature that moves all graphics and text rendering from the CPU to the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU).
Some games will have a box within the video settings of the game itself where you can enable or disable the hardware acceleration (sometimes listed as 3D acceleration). If you are able to disable the hardware acceleration within the game itself, it is recommended to do so.
If you are unable to do this within the game, please click HERE to navigate to a webpage that has instructions on how to disable hardware acceleration through Windows.
