Also, to help expedite the process, please be sure to provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Email address that was used to sign up
- Also any other email address if you have changed it on the account at any time
- Name, zip code & last four digits of the credit card used
- Date(s) & amount(s) of charge(es) you are requesting be refunded
- Detailed reason for the refund request
If you are requesting a refund for a purchased game, please note that you will lose access to the game once the refund has been requested. Please allow 5-7 business days for any refunds to process.
