You can use the information provided below to cancel your iWin All Access subscription.
Using the Games Manager:
- Sign in to the Games Manager (if not already)
- Click on 'My Account' in the upper right corner
- Click on 'Membership' from the drop-down menu
Using your browser:
- Click HERE to navigate to the 'Membership Info' page*
- *If not already signed in, you will be prompted to do so
From the 'Membership Info' page, look for the 'Next Billing Cycle Begins' section midway down the page. In this section, you should see a 'Cancel my membership' link. Click the link to navigate to the 'Membership Cancellation' page, and click on the 'Cancel My Account' button.
If you experience any issues cancelling your subscription from either the Games Manager or the website, you can click HERE to create a ticket, and we will be more than happy to cancel your subscription for you.
